This vacation home features a spectacular one-mile view of the main channel from the deck right at the water only 12 steps from the home. Located 3/10s of a mile off 122, the house is easy to find and close to the center of everything. It is near the bridge, yet in a cozy peaceful cove that offers plenty of opportunity for fishing from the dock. Use the provided pedal boat (that seats 5) or the steps and ladder on the dock to access the lake water for swimming. There are sunrise and sunset views from the decks, the patio, and just about every room in the house. A gate on the upper deck keeps young children from the stairs. The rooms are spacious with vaulted ceilings, there is a large family room with poker table (cards and chips provided) that seats 8, DirecTV, DVD, stereo, 2 gas fireplaces, and utility room with storage and high capacity washer and dryer. Double doors open from the living room and the master bedroom (which has DirecTV) onto the upper deck facing the lake. Upstairs is the master bedroom and private bath, a second bedroom, and a children’s bedroom with bunk beds (as well as a second full bath). The lower level contains a “dorm” room with 3 beds as well as a queen sleep sofa and a full bath.
