The Orr Home is located near the State Park in the Waterways Community. The great room features vaulted ceilings, a 32” TV, and a DVD/CD/Stereo surround sound system. French doors open onto a partially covered deck with a gas grill. The well-equipped kitchen has a butcher-block island that seats two and the adjoining dining area seats eight. The large master suite with a lakeside view offers private access to the deck. Located on the main level are two additional bedrooms with a bath situated between them. The spacious family room is located on the lower level and provides a TV, DVD/VCR, a poker table, and a wet bar. A king bedroom with adjoining bath and an additional sleep area are also on this level. There is a Pack-N-Play (portable crib), a booster seat, a baby gate, and a monitor available for your use. A gently sloping yard leads to the covered boat slip and stationary dock located next to the launch. The Waterways community sandy beach with roped off swim area, pool, tennis and basketball courts, locked boat trailer storage area, and boat launch are available for the renters use.
