All units are privately owned and furnished to the owner's preference. Units are supplied with dishes, cooking utensils, flatware, furniture, pillows, blankets and bedspreads. All units have air-conditioning, microwave, dishwasher, washer & dryer, coffee maker and toaster unless specified. Some units provide local telephone (place long distance calls through your calling card), basic cable TV and gas grill unless otherwise specified or prohibited by association rules.
