Call for holiday and nightly rates. Holidays including Labor Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years are at Season Rates unless discounted by the owner.
Our rental week is Saturday - Saturday.
Prices listed include all fees except 10% sales tax, a $50 Limited Damage Waiver or a $300 REFUNDABLE security deposit. |
All units are privately owned and furnished to the owner's preference. Units are supplied with dishes, cooking utensils, flatware, furniture, pillows, blankets and bedspreads. All units have air-conditioning, microwave, dishwasher, washer & dryer, coffee maker and toaster unless specified. Some units provide local telephone (place long distance calls through your calling card), basic cable TV and gas grill unless otherwise specified or prohibited by association rules.
